Tim is a proven and effective leader with extensive experience in international business and executive leadership.  He worked for over 30 years in leading FMCG and Health care organizations such as Bacardi limited, Anheuser-Busch International, Novartis, Kraft / Philip Morris International, CPC International and Unilever.

Throughout his 15+ years as a c-level executive, including 10 years as CEO / Country Manager, Tim was recognized for his outstanding results.  Among them, he managed the Anheuser-Busch start-up in Brazil, drove the repositioning and turnaround of Bacardi in Brazil and led the Brazilian Novartis MN unit to a leadership position in its core hospital care channel.
