Executive Coaching and Leadership Development
Executive or leadership coaching helps leaders develop greater self-awareness and work more effectively in leading others within their organization to achieve the desired organizational and personal results.
Tim brings a structured process with a systematic approach that establishes a relationship of trust and productive challenge, offers a balance between Integral and Application Coaching, uses assessment tools to increase self-awareness and accountability and provides detailed monitoring and measurement of the impact.
The number of sessions and cadence for an executive coaching engagement depend on the needs of the individual and the organization. Typically, it includes stakeholder interviews and/or assessments, goal planning, alignment, regular check-ins and impact measurement.
Past work includes coaching C- Level Professionals and Senior Managers at large multinationals, start-ups and NGOs across many geographic, cultural and demographic segments. Tim helps his clients improve their leadership skills and be agents of change in today's thriving and diverse business world.
High Performance Teams
Teams are the performance lever of an organization and high performing teams consistently achieve superior results that transcend the aggregate of individual’s performance.
Tim’s approach is focused on helping intact teams drive business performance improvement, rather than “teaming for teaming’s sake”. He combines a “Hard - structure” and “Soft - behavior and culture” approach to drive improved performance through a higher purpose, greater trust and better processes.
Typically, the work includes assessments, team interventions, individual coaching sessions and impact measurement.
Tim has worked with leadership teams at leading multinational for over 8 years. One of his recent workshops on How to Build High Performance Team received excellent ratings and was reviewed as “practical” and “inspirational.”
Organizational Culture and Organizational Development
A strong culture is one of the most powerful tools that an organization can wield. It can also be a barrier when change is needed. It represents the customs, rituals, and values shared by the members of an organization.
Tim believes that organizations should consider culture a strategic pillar of the business and should design, develop and measure their culture to best support the business strategy. He uses a proactive approach that includes organizational assessments, gap analysis, visioning, leadership team alignment, workshops and coaching to achieve the desired behaviors, build the right symbols and adjust the processes accordingly.
Tim’s clients in this area include a large telecommunications company, a leading branded FMCG company and one of the largest retail chains in the world.
Skilled Facilitation
Groups are today’s fundamental unit in most organizations, but they are not always as effective as they can be. A skilled facilitator is often needed to help the groups achieve their creative and problem-solving potential.
Tim uses an approach that brings a mindset and effective facilitation skills that are focused on the group’s process and are content-neutral. This helps the team get better results and fosters a better working relationship among the team members.
This can be done for a one-off meeting, such as in a difficult Board meeting, or in an on-going setting, such as in a critical negotiation or in a strategic planning process. Tim’s clients include a multi-year engagements to help facilitate alignment between a large foreign multinational and it’s holding companies.
